Exchanges

If you purchased the wrong size or received defective merchandise and would like an exchange, please return your product to the address below and indicate your preferred size in the package. Your exchange should happen within 15 days of receiving the product.

Refunds

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Your return should happen within 15 days of receiving the product.

All merchandise must be returned in NEW, UNOPENED, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition with all tags attached in its original packaging. After inspection, if we determine the returned items have been used we reserve the right to return the items to you at your expense.

We do not refund shipping charges, however we will pay return shipping charges if the ordered item is defective or Hourglass Figures shipped the incorrect product(s).
